Combing through my research and discovery, I noted that there are a lot of tall buildings in New York City, where it is popular to throw a barbecue party with friends on the rooftop to enjoy during the limited summertime. Moreover, I joined some parties at that time. As a result, if you reside in an apartment with a rooftop, you can invite guests or friends via my Rooftop BBQ app.
Introduction
I designed multiple applications for a summer project for a mobile UX design course at SVA NY. The theme was "eating," and there were two kinds of UI: smartphone and Apple TV. For this particular application, I created a platform app for people in New York City, who would like to host and join rooftop BBQs.

▾ It displays every BBQ input in all of New York City (The Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island ). There are two options: be a Host, or be an Invitee. When users tap into one of the activities, they can chat with the Host and know the exact location. After they agree to join the activity, they have to sign up and pay for it. Finally, the RBQ app shows some transportation information to reach the BBQ location.
▾ join - shows how many activities that users has joined and offers transportation information.
host - where a host might modify BBQ event information and edit it.
save - those activities are which users already press the heart button and interest in.
